Ally's Cardio Sculpt from BSS1 is great too. I was doing Firm DVDs originally with Weight Watchers and lost a LOT of weight. Now I use them to keep a firm lower body (which my husband loves) and my metabolism up. I hope you stick with it. The programs are fun & provide results. What other favorites do you have?
